Accuracy of information

All dimensions and information shown on this website are for guidance and selection purposes only. We hold no responsibility for any costs incurred due to any errors or omissions within our website. We recommend that all details are checked fully on collection or inspection of your vehicle.

 

 

Demonstration

We will offer a demonstration of the vehicle to ensure it is suitable for the wheelchair user. This can be carried out at our UK premises, or by appointment to the home or work of the customer. At this demonstration it is advised that the customer has all items they need to ensure the vehicle is suitable for their needs and wheelchair access.

 

 

Warranty and assistance

New vehicles come with a 36 month original manufacturer warranty including roadside assistance.

 

Used vehicles come with a 12 month national warranty supplied through M B & G Insurance Services. Claims limited dependant on the vehicle age and value.

Finance

If finance for the purchase of a vehicle is required we will introduce the customer to Raphael's Bank, specialists in financing adapted vehicles.

As an alternative dispute resolution provider they will look at any issue on your behalf and mediate or rule accordingly.
